Coach Alex See
At the young age of 14, Alex had already discovered his passion for psychology. Holding on to this interest steadfastly, he went on to complete a degree in it and eventually started his career within the business of people, joining a real estate developer in 2011 with a role in sales and marketing.
As he pursued his passion, Alexander graduated with a bachelor degree in psychology from the University of Melbourne.

To this date, Alex had already been searching for new ways to systematise his work and motivate his colleagues at work and his team in BNI. When he found ActionCOACH, he had found his first significant piece of the puzzle; without a second thought, he acted. Assessed and interviewed alongside other applicants who were CEOs and seasoned business owners, he discovered his business acumen and held strong to his ability to speak and communicate. This coincidence, or fate, led him to become one of the youngest certified coaches under the international coaching brand in South East Asia. In his short time with ActionCOACH, one of his greatest achievement was helping a business from the 3D visualisation industry make a 60% increase in profit year on year.
